Our Project Holiday Fun provided 166 parent carers 54 young carers and 153 children with disabilities a range of outings to Edinburgh Zoo, Inveraray, Blair Drummond Safari Park, Transport Museum and Dynamic Earth,  and a pantomime.

Able2Sail Sailing Season 2017

We provided sailing experience over half day/day/weekends . These were on dinghies/powerboats/modified sailing & motor yacht for young people affected by disability.

These experiences took place on the Clyde or at Castle Semple RYA Sailability Centre of Excellence.

My Time Family Fun and Friendship Club

We ran a monthly Saturday club for school children with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities aged 8-19 years and their families.

The clubs were delivered by PAMIS with RNIB  at their Springfield Centre, offering a programme of activities.

Positive Connections

We provided monthly peer support groups for children & young people with Spina Bifida/Hydrocephalus aged 0-18 years, as well as their carers and siblings, in Glasgow and Peterhead.

Children participated in activities aimed specifically at their needs while carers enjoyed a break from their caring routine.

The Animar project ran three Saturdays a month for young people aged 12 to 18 years old with additional support needs. The activities are planned by the young people, who plan, risk assess and organise themselves with help and guidance from their key workers.

We provided a 1 week activity break for 11-14 year olds and two residential weekends for 15-18 year old with vision impairment to promote their independence and allow respite for parents/carers. We provided family days across the country offering peer support and a break from the normal routine.

We provided grants directly to carers who support those affected by mental illness living in Scotland.

Being a national organisation we offer the same opportunity all applicants no matter their geographical location, giving them a break from their caring role.

Corseford School Summer Club 2017

We provided a 2 week Summer Club, including transport and intensive staffing, for 14 children with complex support needs. One tailored week for older and one for younger pupils.

An activity and play based club for children unable to access community run schemes due to their high level care needs.
